Investments

02

A deep understanding of our clients' needs, risk limits and expectations allows us to offer tailored solutions for preserving and growing asset value. We seek a long-term, personal relationship with each client.

01

Renewable energy

Energy, and renewable energy in particular, is one of our most important areas. We invest in projects using technologically and economically mature technologies, where revenue rests on long-term power supply agreements. We assess and develop such assets from an early stage through to operation, and we are among the most active investors in this area in the market.

02

Manufacturing and advanced technology

We invest in modern, export-oriented manufacturing — the kind defined by a high level of automation, engineering solutions and the added value of the product. These investments require a long horizon: the plant has to be built, commissioned, brought up to design capacity, and only then is the value realised.

03

Residential real estate

We have experience developing large-scale residential projects in Vilnius — from the site and design stage through to sales. In this area value is created during development, so precise site selection, cost control and sales management matter most.

04

Commercial real estate

Our portfolio includes one of the more distinctive commercial real estate assets in Vilnius. We manage it ourselves and are planning a substantial refurbishment that will increase its appeal to tenants and its value. This area combines stable rental income with capital appreciation.

05

Industrial real estate

We also invest in industrial and warehousing assets — production facilities, logistics buildings and the related infrastructure. Such assets are typically let under long-term agreements, and their value is closely tied to the maturity of the tenant's business.

A long-term approach. Value brought to maturity.

Philosophy

03

Every year is visible in the cross-section of a tree. A wider ring means a good season, a narrower one a drought. Not a single ring can be skipped or hurried. A tree's maturity is written in its rings.

We invest the same way. Our funds are built not for months and not for a single transaction, but for several years ahead. We do not trade and we do not speculate — we grow value patiently and professionally: we buy real assets, build them, let them, bring them to maturity, and only then sell. An industrial building, a wind farm or a factory creates value over years, not quarters.

Time is therefore not a cost to us but a tool. Just as a tree needs years for its rings to form, an investment needs time for a return to come from it.

Rings also show what cannot be hidden — difficult years stay in the timber for good. Our communication with investors is the same: open in good periods and in hard ones.

Team

04

The team's experience in banking, fund management and corporate finance allows us to make considered decisions. We communicate openly, so clients always know where and why their funds are invested.
