The server logs of the website's hosting provider may automatically record technical data – IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This data is used solely to ensure the security of the website and to resolve technical issues, and is kept only for a short period; we do not use any analytics, tracking or profiling tools. We also process correspondence data – name, surname, email address, telephone number and other information that you voluntarily provide when writing to info [at] braitin [dot] com or calling us.
Ensuring the operation and security of the website – the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server log data is kept only for as long as is necessary to ensure the security of the website.
Data may be transferred to website hosting and email service providers, accounting, legal and audit service providers, as well as to competent authorities where required by legal acts. Data processors are selected after assessing the security measures they apply, and data processing agreements are concluded with them.
You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as the right to data portability.
