The server logs of the website's hosting provider may automatically record technical data – IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This data is used solely to ensure the security of the website and to resolve technical issues, and is kept only for a short period. We also process correspondence data – name, surname, email address, telephone number and other information that you voluntarily provide when writing to info [at] braitin [dot] com or calling us.
The hosting provider produces aggregated website visitor statistics – such as the number of visits and the pages viewed. This data is aggregated, does not identify a specific person, is not combined with correspondence data and is not used for profiling.
Ensuring the operation and security of the website – the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Handling enquiries and providing replies – legitimate interest or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Compliance with legal acts, including investment management and money laundering prevention requirements – a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We keep correspondence data for no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is prescribed by legal acts or the data is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Server log data is kept only for as long as is necessary to ensure the security of the website. Aggregated statistics are kept for as long as the hosting service is used.
Data may be transferred to website hosting and email service providers, accounting, legal and audit service providers, as well as to competent authorities where required by legal acts. Data processors are selected after assessing the security measures they apply, and data processing agreements are concluded with them.
You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, as well as the right to data portability.
